The staff at Emeritus at Murray is committed to being an active part of the community in which our residents live. We regularly invite various guest speakers, local civic clubs, and area support groups to hold seminars or monthly meetings in our beautiful assisted living community. Being a valuable member of our community is a priority for us here at Emeritus at Murray.
At Emeritus at Murray, partnering with our local community comes natural to us. Through our Safely Somewhere program we act as a resource to our community in helping seniors find the place that best suits their needs. We want to partner with those in our community whose focus is to aid the seniors in our area.. To show our appreciation for those who serve us in our community, it is not unusual for you to see us providing breakfast for our local fire and rescue squad. We also offer our facilities for area educational seminars or civic groups. What better way to spread the word of what a wonderful place Emeritus at Murray is than by letting our residents show off their homes?
Emeritus at Murray serves 3 home-style meals daily. Our Dining Services Director takes pride in her abilities and that of her staff to create a dining experience that is the closest thing to home you can get. The Dining Services Director meets with each resident individually to ask their likes and dislikes, as well as meeting with our Resident Council on a monthly basis to evaluate the needs of our residents. The quickest way to make someone happy is through their stomach, and we're doing that right here at Emeritus at Murray.
