Emeritus at Roslyn is located in the heart of South Denver just 1.5 miles east of the Yale Avenue exit on Interstate-25, near the University Hills and Tamarac shopping centers. The community has ready access to Cook & Washington Park senior centers, several greenbelt open spaces, two movie theatres and both King Soopers and Safeway grocery stores. In addition, many excellent churches and smaller scenic parks are nearby.
Our location allows us to appreciate all the incredible sights of Colorado including a view of the legendary Mount Evans out our front door. We are located in close proximity to many medical facilities including Swedish Medical Center, Porter Adventist Hospital, the Medical Center of Aurora and many more.

Our brilliant white building features Victorian architecture and beautiful landscaping overlooking the Rocky Mountains. Emeritus at Roslyn has many choices of studio and 1-Bedroom suites, with large windows, new carpet, fresh paint, and all offer kitchenettes and bathrooms with updated fixtures.

Residents keep their lives interesting and fulfilling by taking advantage of our activity rooms, fitness classes, gardens, courtyards, private dining room, library, cooking areas, pool table, bridge clubs and restaurant-style dining.

Emeritus at Roslyn has an excellent relationship with our local hospitals and rehabilitation centers. We also pair with other local retirement communities to provide care if they can no longer meet the needs of their residents. Our local providers help continue the level of care necessary for ensuring positive patient outcomes. Reducing hospital recidivism (returns) is a key goal for everyone involved.
Emeritus at Roslyn staffing is based on acuity and occupancy, to ensure the highest level of care, available 24/7, to all our residents. Teamwork and cooperation are common traits among our staff members. Our staff provides weekly housekeeping and laundry service, as well as personal care to administer medication, skilled nursing, caregiving and companionship.
We have an excellent rehabilitation team for physical, speech, occupational and respiratory therapies. Our top-rated dining services, activities and kitchen chefs all contribute to the overall excellence of our team. Many of the Caregivers have celebrated over 10 years with us, and continue to live out Emeritus family values each day. We make sure to introduce prospective residents to the Caregivers during their tour experience to begin fostering a personal relationship. This way, people can see for themselves the quality individuals who will be assisting them in the future.
