Englewood Heights is located in a quiet area, away from the noise of busy streets and hazards of traffic, with a lovely view of the valley and rolling hills, as well as beautifully well-matured landscaped grounds. We are tucked away in a beautiful, private location—“Yakima’s best hidden secret." Englewood Heights is located in West Yakima, where there is easy access to all the services and amenities Yakima has to offer. Englewood Heights is near health care services, banks and shopping, off 40th Ave. at 3710 Kern Rd. (across from Children's Village).

We understand that the transition to an assisted living community can be difficult. We pride ourselves in taking a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our residents, ensuring their move goes as smoothly as possible.
Englewood Heights has 73 senior apartments with seven different floor plans from which to choose. We offer a selection of studios, one-bedroom deluxe, one-bedroom, and two bedrooms. Included in your month-to-month base rental fee are three delicious meals a day served in our lovely, spacious dining room, weekly housekeeping and linen service, scheduled transportation, daily activities, all utilities except personal telephone, and a state-of-the-art emergency call system in each apartment. Pets are also welcome!

Because of our reputation for providing exceptional care to our residents, we strive to maintain a strong, positive relationship with our health care professionals. Whether they are physicians, hospitals, social workers, skilled nursing or outside agencies, we are committed to maintaining a positive, professional relationship.
