Located close to Highways 240 and 182, our community offers 100 senior apartments on two floors. Here our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. Our services focus on wellness to help you maintain your health, so you can live as independently as possible.

Our common areas — including our lovely dining room and TV room — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including community outings to the Farmers Market, museums and special events. Emeritus at Richland Gardens is conveniently located in a residential area near Albertson's, Starbucks, Washington Mutual, Incas, Subway, Dairy Queen, as well as Howard Amon Park and Columbia Park. Several medical facilities are also near by, including Kennewick General Hospital, Kadlec Medical Center, Lourdes Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
