The Perfect Location

Montclair Park enjoys a commanding panoramic view of the Olympic Mountain Range, Liberty Bay and the picturesque community of Poulsbo. We are located close to the intersection of Highway 305 and Lincoln Rd. Several medical facilities are close by including a nursing home rehabilitation community. Poulsbo is a quaint Norwegian town that many people sail to as a tourist destination to enjoy the wonderful shopping opportunities offered. The unique downtown stores make for a fun and memorable shopping experience. Montclair Park is located between the downtown shopping interests and many local restaurants and shopping centers like Village Shopping Center and Central Market, a local favorite grocery store. Poulsbo is only a short drive and ferry ride away from the Seattle waterfront.

A Wonderful Selection

Opening in 2001, Montclair Park is the newest and largest senior living community in Poulsbo. The community has 109 senior living apartments. There is independent living, assisted living and memory care. We have a wide variety of floor plans available, including studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom options. We offer apartments with amazing views of the Olympic Mountains or the beautifully landscaped Northwest gardens. Some of our ground floor apartments have a private patio individually accessible. Come and enjoy a delicious ice cream cone in the soda fountain style ice cream parlor. Our residents stay busy utilizing our woodworking and weaving rooms. They stay fit in the exercise gym. Many of our residents entertain their loved ones in our private dining room, large dining area, a media and theater room, We have plenty of opportunity for those that love to cook to prepare loft with full kitchen and beauty shop.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

The staff at Montclair Park work hard to maintain a close working relationship with all our resident’s healthcare providers. We have several local physicians who enjoy coming to Montclair Park making house calls to our residents, further fostering that close working relationship. We often visit their offices to communicate how as a team we can better meet the health needs of our residents.

Our Staff

Our staff is warm, friendly and caring. The highly trained members of the Montclair Park team are a family unto themselves with many having longevity (several up to 9 years) here at Montclair. We provide up to date training certification courses not only to our staff, but to other communities in the area as well. We truly believe that we are guests in the resident’s home and strive to honor the residents with dignity, respect, and compassion while providing excellent care and services.
