Set on two acres of lush lawns and gardens, Emeritus at Lynnwood is in a beautiful location, tucked away in a peaceful residential neighborhood. The entrance to the community is a winding road through lovely greenery that leads into a cozy cottage setting.

Located close to Highway 99 and Interstate 5, Emeritus at Lynnwood is conveniently located near Alderwood Mall, downtown Edmonds and the majestic Puget Sound. Several medical facilities are also close by, including Swedish/Edmonds Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility, if ever needed.

Emeritus at Lynnwood is a unique, intimate cottage community that offers 60 apartments. Here, our warm and caring staff provides assisted living services, which are tailor-made to meet each resident’s needs. We also specialize in memory care for residents living with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Our services focus on wellness to help our residents maintain their health, so they can live as independently as possible.

Emeritus at Lynnwood is also pet friendly! Our rescue house dog, “Georgia,” is loved by our memory care family.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

Emeritus enjoys a solid partnership with outside support services such as: Home Health; Hospice; Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapies; as well as podiatric and beautician services. In addition, if a family is in need of a primary care physician for their loved one, we can certainly provide the names of trusted geriatric specialists in the area.

Our Staff

At Emeritus at Lynnwood, a great many of our staff have been with us for more than 10 years! To keep consistency for our residents, we schedule the same staff members in each cottage to serve and care for our residents, which helps us enhance their feeling of security and familiarity. Emeritus’ view is that once folks move into one of our communities, we become one family – and our families absolutely feel the same!
