Assisted Living Services
Emeritus at Spring Estates offers a comprehensive assisted living evaluation system to ensure that each resident has an individual care plan that reflects only what they actually need. Services range from medication management to shower and dressing assist, as well as reminders and cueing for many activities of daily living. Our Resident Care Director/Registered Nurse completes the assessment and then tailors a care plan to the individual.
Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services
Emeritus at Spring Estates has a unique set up, not only are we assisted living but we have a separate, secure memory care and Alzheimer’s neighborhood. This allows us to let individuals with Alzheimer’s thrive in a smaller environment.
Our memory care neighborhood is a very structured environment that consists of a Wellness Coordinator and a Memory Care Coordinator. Together they are able to create specific activities based on individual needs and cognitive abilities.
