Assisted Living Services

Our residents’ needs fluctuate greatly. Some come here as “independent” residents, able to totally care for themselves. Others require a wide range of assisted living services, including assistance with daily living, which is provided by our caring resident assistants. These special individuals help residents as needed with bathing, dressing and grooming and escorting them to our dining room. Housekeeping and laundry services are also provided in the cost of rent. In addition, we offer the services of trained medicine technicians, who, as necessary, will manage the medication requirements of our residents, including ordering prescriptions and communicating with their doctors.

We also bring in outside occupational and physical therapists, who provide services in the privacy of the resident’s apartment. Additionally we can offer hospice care, right here in the resident’s own home, unless the resident’s needs are beyond our scope. In these instances, we refer residents to nearby hospice facilities. With so much available, residents are able to “age in place.” As their needs change, we can increase the level and type of services they require, allowing them to stay in their own homes for as long as they are able.
