Emeritus of Staunton is conveniently located near the intersection of the Woodrow Wilson Parkway (Rt. 262) and Churchville Avenue (Rt. 250) in the country setting of Northwest Staunton. Our community features Mountainside views in a nature friendly setting where deer frequently room our campus daily along with various species of birds. Though our community is located in a beautiful and quiet area of town, we are also very close to the major shopping districts and attractions within Staunton (Downtown 2 miles, Mary Baldwin College 2 miles, Gypsy Hill Park 1 mile, Staunton Mall 5 miles). Additionally, Staunton is a short drive to the cities of Waynesboro/Augusta Health Hospital (14 miles), Harrisonburg/JMU (30 miles), Lexington/VMI/W&L (35 miles) and Charlottesville/UVA (40 miles).

The main common areas (i.e. Dining room, Activities area, etc.) are located in the center of our 2 story community that is easily accessible for all apartment locations. We offer spacious Studio, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom apartments that all feature Private Baths, Kitchenettes and great window views to the surrounding area. Our warm and inviting, Family Friendly atmosphere is what makes our community most appealing to our residents and families.
