When your loved one is discharged from Skilled Nursing, they may experience a significant change from 24-hour nursing care to going home with a spouse or a loved one. Emeritus can help ease this transition home with its VIP Program.
This program was designed to bridge the transition from an Emeritus skilled nursing community to home, by providing a short-term guest stay at an Emeritus assisted living community. This transitional care will help your loved one continue to recuperate and regain strength under the watchful eye of our staff without the stress of moving. During this stay, you will receive an extra helping hand with medications, activities of daily living and special meal preparation. We hope this program will help you and your loved one prepare for a seamless transition home.
As an Emeritus VIP you will receive the following at any of our assisted living communities:
- Short-term stay respite at a discounted rate (maximum two weeks)
- Full short-term respite fee will be applied to your move-in fee
- One free beauty salon visit
- 3 free guest meals
