Surrounded by a breathtaking view, Emeritus Estates in Ogden is considered one of Utah's premier assisted living and Alzheimer's communities. The community is perfectly nestled among some of the most beautiful outdoor areas in the nation, including the Cache National Forest and just minutes from the Great Salt Lake. Other area attractions include Eccles Dinosaur Park, Willard Bay, Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, and an abundance of walking trails and golf courses.

Conveniently located 3 miles from the I-15 and Hwy 89 byways, Emeritus Estates is located in a quiet residential area near Wal-Mart, Walgreen's, Kings, Wells Fargo, Bank of Utah, the AFCU, the Raptor Baseball Stadium, as well as the town of North Ogden. Several medical facilities are also close by, including Ogden Regional Medical Center, McKay-Dee Hospital Center and a nursing home rehabilitation facility, if ever needed.

Emeritus Estates is an assisted living and memory care community comprised of 80 apartments, all with kitchenettes and private bathrooms. Our residents and their families appreciate the warm and inviting atmosphere – a beautiful place to call home. We offer several choices in apartment styles including studios, alcoves, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and Friendship apartments, some of which offer patios and views of the mountains.

With its family-friendly atmosphere and our recent beautiful renovation, Emeritus Estates feels like home the minute you walk through the doors. Our common areas — including our lovely dining room, library and TV room — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including clubs, exercise classes and dining out at area restaurants.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

In order to provide a seamless continuum of care for our residents, Emeritus Estates has developed strong relationships with trusted medical professionals in the area. In addition to health-care providers and clinics, our resources include a local skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals, including Ogden Regional Medical Center and McKay-Dee Hospital Center.

Residents can choose whether to go out to see their personal physicians, or we can help them schedule an appointment with one of the two physicians that come to our community to provide care.

And depending upon what the resident needs for rehabilitation services, we will bring in outside physical, occupational and speech therapists to work with residents here on site. We can also bring in outside hospice services as necessary.
