Partnering with the Local Community

At Emeritus at Oakwell Farms, we partner with many health care providers and organizations so we can offer a continuum of care for our residents. Some of our local partnerships include South West Home Health Care, Alamo Hospice, Weston Therapy, the Alzheimer’s Association and many more.

Emeritus at Oakwell Farms is dedicated and passionate about being active in our community. We hold events and seminars that will add quality to the lives of others, including monthly Alzheimer's support groups, Veteran's Aid and Attendance seminars, and health-related educational seminars.
