Spring Creek Gardens is set on four acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with two charming courtyards and walking paths, we are considered one of Collin County area’s premier assisted living and memory care communities. We are located near Highway 75 in a family residential neighborhood northeast of downtown Plano. Our assisted living and memory care community is convenient to Collin Creek Mall, numerous banks and stores and the Jack Carter Dog is right next door. Also close by are Medical Center of Plano, Presbyterian Hospital of Plano, Baylor Regional Medical Center at Plano, acute care and rehab facilities if ever needed.

A Wonderful Selection

Spring Creek Gardens offers 44 assisted living apartments and 22 memory care apartments all on one floor for easy navigation. We have three apartment floor plans to choose from and all include walk-in showers, separate dressing areas, individual climate control, basic cable, wireless internet and some offer beautiful views of our enclosed courtyards. Apartments are designed with open floor plans allowing for freedom of movement ensuring your safety and independence.

With its warm, intimate family-friendly setting, Spring Creek Gardens will feel like home the moment you walk through the doors. Our common areas –including our lovely dining room, TV room, sunroom, activity area and library – give our residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. Our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy living in a warm, family-like atmosphere. Yet should you need a helping hand from our caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. Our focus on wellness, helping you maintain or improve your health, so you can live as independently as possible while enjoying a “no worry” day! Spring Creek Gardens has staff available 24 hours /7 days a week with the benefit of a waterproof pendent to call for assistance. An evaluation and care plan are developed and presented to you prior to move-in, again in 30 days, and then on a six month schedule unless there is a significant change.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

At Spring Creek Gardens residents may receive a variety of services to enhance their physical health and mental well being. This includes local visiting physicians, home health and hospice providers. These offer our seniors a range of services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy rehabilitation as well as additional medical services allowing you to remain in your assisted living or memory care apartment while receiving the exact services you need.

Spring Creek Gardens has great tenure with staff averaging 9 years of dedicated service. To ensure that you receive the best in customer service and medical support we at Spring Creek Gardens consistently trains all staff members to improve their skills with the latest educational tools available.
