Plano, Texas Dementia and Memory Care Services

Memory Care Services

Emeritus at Creekside is specifically designed for those living with dementia and memory loss issues. Our program is called “Join Their Journey®,” where our main intention is to discover and learn everything about our residents’ life stories so we can develop a specific therapeutic plan of care. Our staff members are trained and oriented continually on how to best engage a resident that is experiencing memory difficulty. At Emeritus at Creekside, it's our partnership with the families that enable us to provide superior, activity-focused care. Last, our parent company, Emeritus Senior Living, incorporates the support and expertise of the nationally recognized clinical neuropsychologist, Dr. Paul Nussbaum, to ensure that we offer a brain healthy lifestyle for our seniors.

Our senior living community is designed to care for seniors with dementia and/or memory loss issues through various services and amenities. These services and amenities will be based on each resident's needs. Learn more about all of Emeritus’ memory care services.
