Emeritus at Quail Ridge Community Testimonials

We went to Emeritus at Quail Ridge to while visiting facilities in Lubbock for our aunt. The outer exterior was lovely and well tended. The staff was professional but very friendly.

All of the communal areas were nicely decorated and easy to access. The furnishings were comfortable as well. The staff interaction with residents was kind and caring.

The dining areas were beautiful with nice tables and chairs -- and all were very comfortable. The food looked and smelled deliciously prepared and the residents appeared to be really enjoying it. They could also order special meals as they desired. The snacks were also quite nice, plentiful and delivered as desired to all of the seniors.

The living areas were nicely designed and had nice furnishings which could be personalized as they liked. The bathrooms had safety rails and were easy to navigate. We saw varying degrees of ambulatory ability- and the staff accommodated all of them quite well.

The communal areas were really easy access with plenty of interesting things to do. The exercise rooms had weights, equipment and yoga mats with a variety of classes available. All of the residents are encouraged to exercise daily. They may also take advantage of the beautiful walkways outside.

A very nice assisted living facility where all of the residents we saw appeared content and well cared for.
