Cottage Village is located only minutes away from a major roadway that encircles the city of Lubbock, and we are only five miles from all the shopping that any one could desire. Two miles from Texas Tech and their large sports arena and the two largest hospitals in the city. Located only 5 Minutes from Cottage is the Heart Hospital and two large Rehab centers.

A Wonderful Selection

Our community is comprised of the main large building that houses 39 Assisted Living apartments, The Studio apartments are cozy one room apartments, all conventionally located close to the dining room, activity area, common areas, and Wellness area. Some of the amenities that are available to our residents are three meals a day in our newly decorated restaurant style dining room, big screen TV for sporting events, movies and the ever popular WII game. We have a lovely beauty salon where ladies and gentleman get their hair styled and cut and beards and mustaches trimmed. Our beautiful grounds and spacious porches are always inviting to residents to either take a walk or sit on the porch and enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

Cottage Village is affiliated with several Home Health agencies’ that visit and have clients at Cottage Village. We have also had residents on Hospice care from time to time. Working with Home Health and Hospice gives us extra hands and eyes to see that our residents get every care and consideration that will keep them comfortable at this time in their life. We also have association with various churches that are willing and anxious to help with Church services or entertainment from their choir groups.
