Set on four acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with a courtyard and lovely gardens, Emeritus at Eastman Estates is considered one of the premier senior living communities in Eastern Texas. Located close to the I-Loop 281 and 259, our community offers 71 apartments on two floors. Here our residents — in many cases, with their pets — enjoy retirement living. Yet should you need a helping hand from our warm and caring staff, we also offer complete assisted living services, tailor-made to your needs. Our services focus on wellness to help you maintain your health, so you can live as independently as possible, yet remain in the same home should your health needs change.

Our common areas — including our lovely dining room, TV room, library and activities center — give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including clubs, exercise classes and community outings to Shreveport and Tyler. Emeritus at Eastman Estates is located in a residential area near all of the shopping, restaurants and banks offered in downtown Longview. Several medical facilities are also nearby, including Good Shepherd Medical Center, Longview Regional Medical Center and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
