The Perfect Location

Emeritus at Clear Lake is conveniently located in the Clear Lake market at Clear Lake City Blvd and Hwy 3 just off I-45 (Gulf Freeway). We are minutes away from Ellington Field; Johnson Space Center, local hospitals, malls and just 15 minutes from Hobby airport. Located on five acres, Emeritus is a two-story building with elevator overlooking Sylvan Rodriguez Park.

We offer assisted living and memory care senior living with a total of 91 studio apartments. Restaurant-style dining is provided with three meals per day seven days a week and snacks available throughout the day. Living areas are located throughout the building for residents to enjoy each other or visits from family members and friends. We offer a library, activity room with a full-time Activity Director, Billiard Room, Sunroom, and Media Room. An massive renovation of the building will be completed January, 2012.

A Wonderful Selection

Our common areas—including our lovely dining room, library and TV room—give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including exercise classes and community outings.

Retirement living and assisted living doesn't mean dependence upon others; it means independence. When seniors have the opportunity to meet new people and join in new activities, when they're served three healthy meals a day, when they're taken to their medical appointments and provided the daily assistance they need, their level of functioning improves. And when they're feeling better, they have greater independence and can enjoy life more.

Our Staff

Our friendly, trained, and dedicated 24-hour staff is here to provide assistance, if any, in bathing, dressing, and medications management. Each of our staff members is committed to the health and well-being of each of our residents. Our staff is trained in the art of service to those who do not need nursing care, but need some level of help with daily living activities.
