Prior to move-in, we conduct an extensive evaluation with each resident, helping us get to know him or her, so that we can determine the right level of care. This, along with complete medication information and a medical history, is the basis on which we create an individualized care plan, tailor-made to the resident’s needs. Then, 30 days after move in, we re-evaluate the care plan – and again on a six-month schedule or sooner should there be a significant change in health or behavior.

Our assisted living services are designed to focus on wellness, helping residents maintain or improve their health, so that they can live as independently as possible. Yet help is just a press of a button away; each resident is provided an emergency call system. Should they need help, they simply press the call button for assistance, anytime – night or day.

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services

Our memory care community also offers an innovative program, Join Their Journey®, for seniors affected by Alzheimer's or dementia. Because your family's experience will be unlike any other, our goal is to get to know you and your loved one, so that we can offer support and solutions for your individual situation. We "join the journey" of your loved one by recognizing individuality, encouraging choices and allowing residents the dignity to live in a secure, personalized and familiar setting that feels comfortable for them.
