At Emeritus at Terrace Heights, our residents' well-being is our top priority. We know that the first reason people select a senior living community is the quality of services.
Before a resident has made a commitment to moving here, we set up a “pre-move assessment,” at no charge or obligation to the resident and his or her family. From this, we create a personalized service plan using the Emeritus wE Care system, detailing exactly what services will be required and when they will be provided.
Our goal is to provide as much care as needed, while helping our residents maintain their dignity and independence.

- 185- sq.-foot studios, 370 sq.-foot one bedrooms and other floor plan options available, with up to 500-sq. feet; some furnished
- Full bath with walk-in showers
- Curtains, blinds, valances and wall-to-wall carpeting

- Completely maintenance free, inside and out
