The Perfect Location

Emeritus at Terrace Estates is a lovely assisted living community surrounded by the Great Smokey Mountains, Cherokee Lake, and Douglas Lake. We are located in the growing residential area of Morristown with a country home-like setting. Our community is built on a beautiful hilltop with scenic views during all four seasons.

Located close to I-81 and I-40, Emeritus at Terrace Estates is just two miles from popular shopping venues and several banks. We are just 10 minutes from College Square Mall, Wal-Mart and K-Mart. In addition, several medical facilities are close by, including Morristown Hamblen Healthcare, Lakeway Regional Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation center, if ever needed.

A Wonderful Selection

Emeritus at Terrace Estates is a small home-like community with 60 apartments all on one level, and many common areas to enjoy with family and friends. We have three floor plans to choose from, including studios, deluxe studios, and one-bedroom apartments. Many of our apartments have lovely views of nearby mountains — and occasional glimpses of deer strolling by!

Our friendly staff and home-like environment make us a true example of Southern hospitality. The front porch is filled with rockers and is a popular spot for the residents to relax, enjoy the beautiful view and spend time together.

Our common areas include our lovely dining room, puzzle/library area and parlor with a baby grand piano. There are two landscaped courtyards with walks, porches and gardens. Residents are served three home-cooked meals a day and enjoy outings regularly.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

In order to coordinate the best care possible for our residents, our staff nurtures strong relationships with area hospitals, medical clinics, skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers. Some of these include Hamblen Healthcare Systems, Lakeway Regional Hospital and Rehab, Life Care of Morristown, The Heritage Center, as well as many other trusted health-care providers in the area.
