Assisted Living Services
Extended services, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, wound care and hospice are readily available through companies such as Amedysis, Home Health of West TN and Crossroads Hospice. While transportation to doctor and dentist offices is provided, we have a physician, podiatrist and dentist available for “house calls” when needed. We maintain open communication with our resident’s physicians and healthcare providers to assure the best care and services are provided for your loved one. Omnicare, a premiere pharmacy provides a wide range of pharmacy services including, fast, daily deliveries, competitive pricing, copies of medical records and communication with physicians. Recently we have also introduced a Personal Care Program that provides the opportunity for our residents to order high quality incontinence products with convenience and affordability in mind.
Memory Care Services
Our “Join Their Journey” approach to Alzheimer’s and Memory Care is designed to provide support and solutions for both the resident and family and their individual needs through each stage of the disease process. We reach out and join the journey of our resident through learning about them, developing a detailed life story and nurturing their individuality. Our ultimate goal is to celebrate life each day along the journey and allow dignity in their lives as it is changing every day. Our specialized trained staff and Memory Care Director are committed to building a partnership with the family through communication, education and support. Together we strive to bring the highest quality of life to our residents.
