Assisted Living Services
As part of Emeritus, Lexington Gardens has access to excellent resources this includes onsite rehabilitation and therapy through the Weston group. We provide in house access to a physician to help care for our residents. Our dedicated team walks through the process with families to answer any questions they may have and assure families their loved ones are cared for. Alaina will answer any questions families have and introduce families to all Lexington gardens has to offer, Bertha and Fatima will design a specific care plan to meet all our residents needs. Lovisa will make sure our loved ones and engaged and enriched with things to do and Shirley and Marissa will handle anything else families can need.
Our full range of assisted living services is designed to help you maintain your health, so you can live as independently as possible. These include, daily assistance with bathing and dressing, medication management, dining assistance and special diets, assistance with reminders and redirection, escorts and assistance with walking , emergency response call system and Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy (contracted our with our home health companies).
Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services
As part of a personalized care plan, Lexington Gardens can care for resident with Alzheimers and Dementia by providing care geared towards our residents. As part of Emeritus we have access to knowledge and expertise that includes specialized training for all team members to best serve our resident with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
Pets Are Welcome
We invite you to have your small pet live with you at our community. We want you to smile, laugh, and feel good! We accept most small pets, and have minimal deposit requirements to make the necessary accommodations.
