Simply put, Spring Arbor has an incredible memory care community. All memory care staff are specially trained in the Emeritus’ signature program, called Join Their Journey. This care approach allows our staff to live, socialize and care for each memory care resident within their disease, and promotes quality of life at any stage of the dementia process. Our memory care program includes specific life stations based upon the experiences of our residents. These stations include homemaking, sewing, fashion, childcare, clerical work, teaching, manipulating objects, and more. They are frequently being tailored to fit the current resident experiences.
