In honor of our friend Donna, whom we’ve known for years.

You’ve greeted us with a smile, each and every day.
You took the initiative and went on your way.

You greeted the residents with a gracious smile.
They all knew your name and said “sit for a while.”

We all loved your attitude as you went on your way.
When we saw you coming we knew
there would be teamwork today.

Your unique way of caring and your responsive way too, showed us all of the excellence inside of you!

God came so quickly in His flight.
He said “Donna come on, it will be alright.”

You’ve worked so hard for many of years.
The staff and the residents have loved you so dear.

God said “come in” as you arrived.
He opened His arms and said “come inside.”

You’ve earned your wings, so you can fly.
Tell all your friends, please don’t cry.

For your signature lives, it never dies.
