Caring for Someone with Stroke
Caring for someone who has had a stroke can be stressful. Be sure to look out for your own needs. Don't be afraid to ask for help. If family and friends are not available, there are often community resources.[21] Such services may include:

Someone to run errands or stay at home with someone for short periods of time

Longer-term companion services

Personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting and exercise
