Skilled Nursing

Skilled nursing refers to individuals, such as registered nurses (R.N.s) and licensed practical nurses (L.P.N.s), who provide professional-level medical services. Services include medical assessments, health education, intravenous (IV) therapy, injections and wound care, in addition to case management services.[1]
