Physical Therapy
Physical therapy, sometimes called physiotherapy, refers to exercises and equipment specially designed to assist patients in regaining or improving their physical abilities.[1] Physical therapy regimens are sets of exercises designed by physical therapists. The goal of a physical therapy regime may be to regain movement, reduce pain, or increase flexibility, strength, endurance, or coordination. Often this is needed following an injury, but it may also be required as the result of a health problem or disability or even for the effects of normal aging.
