Community Care

Community care refers to services provided by local agencies to improve the quality of life of local seniors. This may include transportation, social programming, meals ("Meals on Wheels"), home maintenance, housekeeping or library delivery services. The U.S. Administration on Aging offers a public service tool, Eldercare Locator, to help locate home and community-based information. Visit http://www.eldercare.gov/eldercare.net/public/home.aspx to access the tool.[1]
