Our dedicated team of professional nurses and resident caregivers at Emeritus at Latrobe holds frequent in-services and welcomes the opportunity to learn, grow and develop new skills and techniques to care for your loved one. Residents, family members, friends and physicians are encouraged to have an active role in the care plan process. We proudly welcome home health and hospice providers along with other trained professionals supporting our team to provide the very best services. Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services
Our memory care neighborhood has a well-trained and very dedicated staff that truly cares about our residents. The memory care neighborhood director and staff are intensely involved in all aspects of care. From life enrichment, dietary needs to activities of daily living, our team works together to provide the quality of life our residents so well deserve. The volunteers, support group meetings and family gatherings, make this part of our community extra special. When appropriate, our memory care residents participate in social gatherings and activities in our personal care community. These residents need interaction with others outside our memory care neighborhood as well. Hospice services are available when needed to provide extra support in the care plan. The goal of our community is to provide the best life possible.
