Retirement Residential Care Services
Our residential care services begin with the Residential Care Director, the RN, who meets with the resident and staff to assess their desires and needs regarding their care and safety. The RCD uses the WeCare evaluation program that is exclusive to Emeritus.
Independent Retirement Living
This program allows accurate, individual assessment. From this assessment, a personalized care plan is created so our residents, and their families, can be assured they are getting the care they need, on their terms. The resident, and their family, is involved every step of the way. Because of the Emeritus support, Windfield has immediate access to any number of experts, should the need arise.
