Prior to moving in, we ask prospective residents to complete an extensive questionnaire. If they are not located near our assisted living community, we will ask a nurse from a nearby Emeritus assisted living community to visit with them in their homes and go through the survey with them. From this, we are able to determine the appropriate level of care. Our goal is to meet the needs of the resident, while enabling them to remain as independent as possible. We support residents in the areas where they have trouble functioning, so that they will feel safe and able to go about enjoying various activities. For example, we might remind a resident to use his walker, helping him create those new habits that will help prevent him from falling, yet give him the confidence that he can get around on his own and enjoy life to its fullest.

- 68 senior apartments, including standard 600-square-feet one bedrooms, 704-square-feet one bedroom deluxe units and 1,000-square-feet two-bedroom, two bath apartments
- All apartments have spacious nine-foot ceilings
