River Road is a proud member of the Emeritus family who makes an extra effort to ensure a happy life style. Some of our basic services as an assisted living community include three meals a day, all basic utilities paid, 24-hour on-site care staff, apartment maintenance and monthly scheduled life-enhancing activities.

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services

Here at River Road, our staff is trained and capable to assist any resident who is qualified to live here. We provide our services to up to a certain level of care. If the level of care becomes too great, we can refer you to a sister community which is able to provide the level of service you are requiring. Alzheimer residents are welcome at our community. With a wide range of activities to keep you mentally stimulated and active, our staff caters to individual levels of care. Also, those residents with Dementia may require different levels of care which may or may not be met at our community. Prior to moving in to River Road, you will undergo a personally specific assessment to determine your level of need and which community best fits you.

Skilled Nursing Care

Many of our staff have worked in assisted living communities for years. Our Resident Care Director has been with us for thirteen years. Our Wellness Coordinator manages our Medication Technicians and Resident Assistants in serving the residents with the best of care and attention to details. Our varying levels of dedication stand as a testament to your care and well-being.
