Emeritus at North Hills sets in a beautifully landscaped campus in a residential part of Zanesville. Our assisted living community sits on six acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with an outdoor courtyard, gazebo, walking trails and lovely gardens. We are close to interstate 70 providing easy access to surrounding towns with Columbus is just 50 miles away.

We are conveniently located within an hour’s drive of the Columbus metro area. Making us ideal for families who want their loved ones close by without being in the "big city". Emeritus at North Hills sits back away from the busy life; however shops and restaurants are all very close. Zanesville has many attractions being that our community played a large roll during the civil war period, many pottery shops, and the Longaberger Basket company!

A Wonderful Selection

Our community has a wonderful and comfortable feel from the minute you walk in the door. Emeritus at North Hills offers three senior apartment styles to meet your needs and preferences. There are two studio floor plans and a one bedroom style. All rooms have a kitchenette, private bathroom, and picture window. Residents can choose a favorite color to have the room painted and personalize the apartment as they wish.

As a one story community we don't have to worry about stairs and elevators. We have a unique floor plan of central common areas and a wellness center surrounded by resident apartments. Because of our floorplan we have plenty of space for gatherings, outdoor areas (patio, walking path, and courtyard) and various activities to be going on at the same time. Our spacious dining room allows residents to navigate easily. The private dining room with kitchen is available for our families. Residents can enjoy all of these benefits without the worry of chores like laundry and housekeeping, or preparing meals.
