Assisted Living Services

When a resident is ready to move in, our Resident Care Director conducts an assessment, either in the resident’s home or here onsite. This helps us determine the level of assisted living services he or she will require. We offer different levels of care, so that if a resident’s health drastically declines, they are typically able to remain at our community. Our staff provides extensive care management, ensuring that if a resident’s needs change, we are in close communication with the family and will adjust our level of care as necessary. We also follow our residents through the various medical services they may need. If a resident is hospitalized, we visit them and work closely with their caregivers to ensure their needs are being met. We will also coordinate transportation back to our community. In addition, we take our residents to their doctor appointments, and we can provide escort services should a resident need someone to attend the appointment with him or her.

Memory Care Services

Emeritus at Pinnacle strongly believes in the Emeritus unique approach to Alzheimer's and Memory Care. Our innovative memory care program, "Join Their Journey," provides us the ability to meet each resident's and family's needs at each stage of the disease process. This program meets the needs of residents with Alzheimer’s and Dementia by focusing on six signatures; wellness, life enrichment, family partnerships, supportive environment, dining experience, and team development. A Life Story specific to each residents history and preference is created to meet the individual needs of each person.
