Assisted Living Services

To ensure the highest quality of care, our resident care director creates a care plan specific to each resident. This plan is created using a comprehensive evaluation tool that compiles information about what care assistance a residents needs, how often they need assistance and any preferences associated with their care. This evaluation is completed regularly as well as when there is any change in needs or preferences. This way the care needs of each resident can be reviewed with the resident and families and communicated to the staff.

Memory Care Services

Our Memory Care neighborhood participates in Emeritus's unique Join Their Journey program, for Alzheimer's seniors affected by Alzheimer's or dementia. This program meets the needs of memory care residents by focusing on six signatures; wellness, life enrichment, family partnerships, supportive environment, dining experience, and team development. A Life Story specific to each residents history and preference is created to meet the individual needs of each person.

Skilled Nursing Care

Because of our partnerships with area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and on site therapy services, we are able to help residents return home with us as quickly as possible. Residents can receive physical, occupational, and speech therapy on site as well as wound care and a large range of skilled nursing services. There are nurses on site 24 hours as day as well as a trained resident care staff.
