Goldsboro, North Carolina Senior Living and Retirement Community

Programs & Services Offered:

Retirement Living, Assisted Living, Short Stay / Respite Care, On-Site Rehabilitation

"We have promised ourselves that we shall always treat our residents as we would our own loved ones. Nothing less than our best will do."

This is a simple promise that the staff at Emeritus at The Pines of Goldsboro - and throughout Emeritus Senior Living communities - has shared since 1998, when our assisted and retirement living community first opened its doors. It's a simple promise to be compassionate and kind, understanding and respectful - a promise to become extended family to the seniors entrusted in our care and to our residents who have chosen our community.

The Perfect Location

We are located in a residential area and set back in a way from the road to ensure peace and quiet. We are close to area shopping, banks and restaurants, and just less than two hours from the coast and one hour from our state capital Raleigh. Several parks are in the immediate area and we are only 15 minutes from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. Our community is also close to Wayne Memorial Hospital, many Doctors offices and a nursing care rehabilitation facility if ever needed. We are located just off of Hwy 70 East and 5 miles to Interstate 795.

A Wonderful Selection

We are set on set on 3 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, we are one of the most well-known and well-respected senior living communities in the area. Our common areas include our lovely dining room, TV room and library. Our community offers five different apartment choices, all with private bathroom. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including exercise and crafting classes and community outings to various points of interest, such as the North Carolina Museum of History.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

We have wonderful relationships with our local physicians. They are always willing to assist us with meeting the needs of our residents. Our great communication with them helps provide us with the resources to keep our seniors healthy and active. We have a strong relationship with our Home Health and Hospice companies in the community. They provide many services to our residents not only by providing care but through in-services and educational lectures. They also provide educational classes and trainings to ensure our staff can provide the best care.

Our Staff

Our courteous, friendly staff is always here to lend a helping hand. They make a special effort to learn every resident by name and to make them feel at home. We want them to know they have a place in our Emeritus family. We have several employees at Emeritus at The Pines of Goldsboro who have been with the community since our doors first opened in 1998 and therefore view our community as an important part of their lives.
