The Perfect Location

Emeritus at Bassett Park Manor is located in the Williamsville where there is a perfect mix of quiet, wooded landscapes and pleasant suburban environments. Quite often you'll see families walking their dogs in the park across the street, or children playing in the playground. We are also conveniently located across from St. Gregory the Great Catholic church and close to the Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.

This lovely area is only minutes from the City of Buffalo – part of the country where we experience all four seasons. That allows us to take advantage of seeing all the beautiful changing leaves in the autumn, Barbecues outside in the summer, a snowman-building contest in the winter, and planting flowers in the springtime!

Emeritus at Bassett Park Manor has one-level floor plans that make it easy to navigate our communities. Our studios and suites provide a quiet, private space just for you! Beyond your senior apartment, the entire community is yours to enjoy, including the dining room, living rooms and the variety of recreational area where you can enjoy some quiet time, or time gathering with friends and family. We also have plenty of outdoor space as well with our enclosed courtyard areas and relaxing front porches. Taking walks on our grounds is simple, too!

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

Our community relations team has developed solid professional relationships with our neighboring health care providers. These include hospitals, skilled nursing rehabilitation centers, physicians, and other senior housing options. We've created a personal transitions program solely for the purpose of making life easier and creating a continuum of care for our residents.
