Because your family's experience will be unlike any other, our goal is to get to know you and your loved one, so that we can offer support and solutions for your individual situation.
We learn all we can about the resident through a life story exercise with the family, so we know what makes them tick! This includes their likes, dislikes, family history, occupation, favorite vacation spots, special memories, favorite tastes and smells, hobbies, interests/passions. All of this information helps our staff develop activities that are catered to each individual. We "join the journey" of your loved one by recognizing individuality, encouraging choices and allowing residents the dignity to live in a secure, personalized and familiar setting that feels comfortable for them.
