Emeritus at Woodland Manor is located conveniently off the Vestal Parkway. We are close to movies, shopping and many local eateries. However, we are nestled in a beautiful residential area with lots of interesting wildlife to see such as rabbits, deer and birds.

Vestal, a part of the greater Binghamton area, is located in the southwestern corner of Broome County. The Town of Vestal is home to the nationally recognized Binghamton University, a part of the State University of New York. Numerous malls and plazas offer excellent shopping while Vestal's twenty parks and rail trail offer many recreational opportunities. Vestal is close to ski slopes for winter fun and New York's finger lakes for summer recreation. Our small, homey community has 63 apartments all on one level for easy access to our residents--no worries of tumbles down staircases, difficulty maneuvering around in an elevator and no confusing floor plans. Whether dining with friends in the dining room, relaxing with a good book in one of the villages, kicking back and watching TV in the lobby, or just sitting in the gazebo, it give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another and enjoy each other's company.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

We nurture strong relationships with area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers such as Good Shepherd Fairview, United Methodist Homes, Susquehanna Nursing Center and Vestal Nursing Center. Through the communications and relationships that we share with key staff within these affiliations, we provide seamless continuum of care for our residents.

Our Staff

Emeritus at Woodland Manor likes to boast about the longevity of our staff and management team. We have a resident assistant who has been with us for over 20 years as well as many other staff who are closing in the 10 year mark.

Accomplishments
