A Wonderful Place to Live

Emeritus at Perinton Park Manor understands the diversity of their residents and provide an array of choices in social, physical, mental, spiritual, cultural and creative activities. There are a variety of live entertainment and outdoor excursions all with the security of knowing care is available if they need it. At our senior living community our residents can enjoy a coffee chat with the activity director, weekly manicures, Bingo, trivia, Wii bowling and golf, a walker's club, Red Hat Ladies Club, musical entertainers, family dinners, excursions to musical events, joy rides to see the leaves, trips to the Perinton Senior Center, and a weekly outing for shopping and lunch.

At Halloween the neighborhood kids come in for some tricks or treats, at Thanksgiving we start the week off with a pie giveaway to our families, and on Thanksgiving Day we provide the residents with a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings. We encourage families or those that are alone to eat with us. At Christmas, Santa visits the residents each year with a gift for all during a resident and family holiday party, and the 4th of July is celebrated with red, white, blue and a barbeque.

Partnering with the Local Community

Each year Emeritus at Perinton Park Manor sponsors a flu shot clinic for residents and the public, and throughout the year we invite guest speakers to talk about VA benefits and financial planning, we host an eye care clinic, and diabetes management. We also host senior connections nights when bankers, rehabilitation centers, Alzheimer's Association, EPIC, durable medical supply, home care services and others come to display information for the residents and their families to learn more about their organization or services.

Emeritus at Perinton Park Manor actively encourages the surrounding community to attend events at our senior community, and seeks opportunity to participate in outside activities such as wellness or health fairs. Each month families are invited to attend an event with their loved ones. Residents from the surrounding areas are invited to attend seminars on financial planning, VA benefits, wellness concerns, open houses, or special events.

Fine Dining

Each day our dining staff serves delicious meals that are nutritionally balanced and overseen by a dietician. Our dining service director, Tammy, has been with Emeritus at Perinton Park Manor for more than 10 years. She enjoys providing the residents a great dining experience and takes pride in her culinary accumen. The meals are home-style and bread is baked fresh almost daily. Our friendly staff provides restaurant-style dining service. The residents have entree choices each meal, soup and salad is served daily. They can sit back and relax while being waited on, enjoy the company of their table mates, and talk about the activities of their day or share stories about their families.
