Assisted Living Services
We use a state-of-the-art resident evaluation tool called wE Care to accurately establish which of our assisted living services each individual resident needs/wants. Additionally the resident care director meets with the resident, their family, and talks with the residents doctor. Data regarding those residents' specific care needs are entered and the care plan is put into place.
