Assisted Living Services
Our assisted living services are a comprehensive program that offers support while providing the highest level of independence for our residents. To ensure that we meet your needs, we use a state of the art computerized assessment system. This helps us accurately evaluate, predict and monitor assisted living services for each resident. In addition, our resident care director will visit with you on a regular basis to personally discuss health related issues and monitor your progress. As part of Emeritus Senior Living, we are able to support the daily one to one contact that we have at the community.
Alzheimer's and Dementia Care
One of Emeritus at Landing of Brockport's most unique feature is our approach to Alzheimer's and memory loss. Our Join Their Journey® program helps residents, families, and staff have quality, meaningful interactions everyday. This program encompasses learning about residents, likes, dislikes, past history as well as their physical needs to build an individual supportive program for each person. Monthly support groups help families with their loved one's changing needs, and our staff educates families on how to make the best of each day they have with their loved one. As part of Emeritus Senior Living, Emeritus at Landing of Brockport has access to resources and expertise in the Alzheimer's and memory loss area to help our families and community.
