Emeritus at Voorhees is centrally located in a quiet residential area, but is very close to shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, hospitals and doctors’ offices. Our retirement community is also only 30 minutes away from Philadelphia, which is a Mecca for cultural and spiritual areas, as well as some of the best hospitals in the country!

A Wonderful Selection

Emeritus at Voorehees is a warm, family-oriented community. We all take care and look out for one another. Our community has 77 senior apartments, which are bright and cheery and make you feel right at home. You have choices of studios, one-bedrooms and one-bedroom deluxe apartments with your own patio. And if you wish to have a companion, we have friendship suites as well. We have a 15-bed memory care neighborhood specializing in those with advanced dementia or Alzheimer's disease. We also have a gym and movie theater on premise.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

We nurture strong relationships with area hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. We are also affiliated with the Health Care Association of New Jersey.

Our Staff

The community’s staff is comprised of professionals that have tenures as long as 10 years (as long as our building as been open). Emeritus at Voorhees has been very selective when choosing who will make up our management team to serve its residents; only those with a commitment to service and longevity as a goal are accepted into this family. In 2010, Emeritus Senior Living received the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) Best of the Best award. We offer excellence in care in both assisted living and memory care.
