Memory Care Services

Emeritus at Hillsborough is proud to offer the "Join Their Journey" program for our residents with memory impairment. The program takes a multi-faceted approach to address the entire spectrum of each resident's needs. By learning about each resident's life story, we get to know the wonderful person that they are.
