Set on beautifully landscaped grounds with a courtyard and walking trails, Emeritus at Emerson is right in the heart of Northern New Jersey. Located close to the Garden State Parkway and the Palisade Parkway, our independent retirement community offers 98 senior apartments. Emeritus at Emerson is located next to an organic farm on Old Hook Road. Nearby are many markets and stores. Our community is less than a half hour from New York City.

A Wonderful Selection

Part of our mission at Emeritus is to provide choices for our residents, and it starts with the type of rooms we have to offer. Emeritus at Emerson has three floors with a total of 98 senior apartments (we have studios, 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, and companion rooms). We have many areas of community space for our residents to relax in and entertain in, including our backyard patio.

Strong, Caring Relationships

We value strong partnerships with area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers such as Holy Name, Valley Hospital, Englewood Hospital, Emerson Health and Rehab, Woodcliff Lake Rehab, and Care 1. Through the communications and relationships that we share with the key staff within these affiliations, we provide seamless continuum of care for our residents.
