The Perfect Location

Heartland Park is nestled in the rural, timeless town of Seward Nebraska. Our Main Street thrives, with brick streets and the town square. Yet we still enjoy all of the latest conveniences of our state capital just of off Interstate 80 and only 30 miles away. Seward is also known as the 4th of July city, where our town hosts over 30,000 attendees every year.

A Wonderful Selection

At Heartland Park, we feature 97 apartments, 53 of them are designed specifically for assisted living, while the remaining 43 were created for retirement living. The entire community is located on one level, providing easy access to all of our amenities. Residents enjoy visiting the library and catching up on email in the computer lab. You can often find groups headed to the exercise room, TV entertainment area or enjoying the outdoors in the courtyard. We encourage residents and guests to visit the country store, or enjoy a treat of ice cream or fresh popped popcorn. Residents have easy access to the beauty and barber shop, the private dining room and garages. Of course, guests are always encourage to visit and are welcome to stay in our guest room.

Strong, Caring Professional Relationships

Heartland Park has built strong relationships with our local hospitals, skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. An example of this would be Seward Memorial Hospital, Ridgewood, Sunrise, Bryan Memorial, St.Elizabeth, Tabitha, Gentiva Home Health. Heartland Park also is involved with hospice care. The communications and relationships that we share with the key staff at these affiliations provides us the seamless continuum of care for our residents.

Our Staff

Heartland Park believes that work ethic and relationships begin at the top. Because our management and department heads work so well together, this easily and naturally passes over to all of the staff. We have formed a bond the promotes teamwork and community, with one goal in mind, providing the best possible care for our residents.
