Independent Living is about enjoying your freedom without the hassle of house maintenance. Enjoy your retirement the way you deserve! Our common areas—including our lovely dining room, library and TV room—give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including exercise classes and community outings.
Assisted Living Services
Heartland Park offers a variety of care options for our residents. Our care is directly dependent on their customized care plan which is developed from our resident care coordinator and trained staff. Emeritus believes in providing out side resources to enhance your quality of living.
Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Services
Alzheimer’s and dementia care can be best served in an environment that encourages engagement of the senses, involvement with others, and encouragement to try. Our Memory Cottages are set up to allow the freedom to stroll and take a journey though time. Our specially trained staff joins their journey and encourages our residents to experience life in the moment. We provide comfort care support to those who are in need of hospice care as they age in place at our community. Our family is committed to yours.
Heartland Park is dedicated to those individuals who need our memory support, we can utilize our out side resources to maintain our residents memory needs as long they are safe and appropriate.
