Park Avenue Estates Senior Living Community offers a wide variety of services. Park Avenue Estates is a licensed Assisted Living with 53 rooms. Basic services and amenities offered to all assisted living residents include: three delicious meals and snacks daily, planned events and activities, scheduled local transportation, paid utilities except telephone, cable television included, weekly housekeeping and linen services, apartment maintenance, 24 hour on site care staff, emergency call system and a full calendar of activities, social gatherings and outings.
In addition to basic services, we offer personal assistance plans for those who need additional help with their daily routines. Some of these services include: select modified meals and snacks, assistance with activities of daily living and ambulation to and from meals and activities, periodic nighttime care, meal time reminders, health services medication management, medical appointment scheduling and transportation.
