Yearly trips to Grants Farm, Fairmont Park, Festivals, Holiday Light Displays, Wineries and other local attractions are favorites. Partnering with the Local Neighborhood Community:

The partnership with our local St. Peter's and St. Charles County neighbors is very important to us. Throughout the year, we host a variety of educational seminars, health screenings, vendor fairs and community events to allow community members to visit. Oak Tree is also a polling place for state, local and federal elections. We are committed to being a leader for our industry in raising money for the Walk to End Alzheimer's. Throughout the spring and summer, we host a variety of events and activities for this fundraising effort.

Fine Dining

Residents of Oak Tree enjoy delicious meals served in our restaurant on a daily basis. An expanded contential breakfast starts the day. Nutritious meals are prepared by our chef and include a cafe menu with daily specials for lunch and a choice dinner menu. Meals are a social occasion and are served by our dining staff restaurant style. Special occasion meals can be arranged in our private dining room. Occasional Sunday brunches, specialty buffets, holiday meals and bar-b-ques are opportunities for residents to relax and enjoy a meal with family and friends.

Oak Tree Village offers 166 one and two bedroom senior apartments on three floors. 20 roomy two-bedroom, two-bath attached villas with garage are available within the community's 13 acres. Each senior apartment or villa has a roomy, open floor plan with full kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, individually controlled forced heat and air conditioning. Many have balconies and patios overlooking the community's pond and fountain or beautifully landscaped courtyards.
